Steamed pork Stomach
Ingredients: Pork belly, wolfberry, light soy sauce

Braised Pork Stomach

1. Prepare ingredients: pork belly
2. Slice the ginger, cut the green onion into sections, peel the star anise, wash and set aside
3. Put the pork belly into the pot, add water, add a spoonful of cooking wine, cover the pot and cook over high heat
4. After boiling the pot for another five minutes, turn off the heat. When the water becomes warm, rinse it with this water and take it out.
5. Take the pork belly to the chopping board, look at the picture, cut it from the white part with a knife, and tear off the white (spicy skin), it can be easily torn off
6. Turn the pork belly over and look at the picture. If there is a ring of oil, tear it off.
7. Pour in hot water, add alkali, rub it inside and out, and then wash it twice with hot water (I couldn’t take pictures of this process, my hands were full of oil). Look at the picture, this is a clean Pig Belly

Peanut Pork Belly Soup
Ingredients: half pork belly, peanuts, four slices of ginger, salt
1. Soak the pork belly in salt water for two hours.
2. Soak the peanuts in water for half an hour and the skin can be removed.

4. Wash the soaked pork belly inside and out and put it on a plate
5. Boil water in a pot, cut the pork belly slices in half and cook half for 20 minutes
6. Wash the cooked pork belly in cold water and cut into shreds.

Braised pork belly
Ingredients: pork belly, red dates, glutinous rice, longan, ginger slices, cooking wine, brown sugar
1. Rub the pork belly with flour and cooking wine
2. Wash it several times to clean out the sticky things. Wash both the front and back sides.

5. Pour in all the above ingredients except for the ginger slices. In fact, the glutinous rice needs to be soaked and rubbed to get the flavor. I thought of adding it at the last moment, so I didn’t soak it.

Stir-fried pork belly with green and red pepper
Ingredients: Pork belly, green and red peppers, star anise, Sichuan peppercorns, bay leaves, white wine, salt, light soy sauce, oil, Chicken essence, ginger slices, garlic, green onion
1. Rub the pork belly with cornstarch repeatedly for 2 minutes without adding water.
2. The pork belly will be washed and shiny in less than 2 minutes.
3. Turn it inside out and use scissors to cut off the grease.
