Braised sauce ingredients:
30 grams of cooking wine, 15 grams of light soy sauce, 20 grams of oyster sauce, 15 grams of tomato sauce, 30 grams of sweet noodle sauce, 15 grams of chili sauce, 15 grams of sugar, and 15 grams of cornstarch.
【step】:
1. Prepare the ingredients (serves 3-4 people), cut the prawns into sections, remove the tails and legs from the prawns, remove the shrimp threads, cut the front and back of the Chicken wings into two pieces, cut potatoes and carrots into cubes, and cut onions, green peppers, and red peppers. Chop garlic cloves and chives into pieces, and mix all the ingredients for the stew sauce evenly;
2. Add 3g of shredded ginger, 30g of cooking wine, 15g of light soy sauce, 1g of white pepper, and 1g of salt to the chicken wings and prawns and marinate them evenly for half an hour;

9. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 25 minutes;
10. Pour evenly into the stew pot and continue to simmer for 8-10 minutes. Turn off the heat and garnish with cooked white sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
