The authentic recipe from Taiwan’s famous snack chicken wings and rice, grilled for just a few minutes
I have eaten Chicken wings and rice out several times , and I always want to make it myself next time. This weekend, I finally had time. Unexpectedly, the girl said that what I cooked was much more delicious than what I cooked outside, and I felt more satisfied!
Material
4 Chicken wings, 1 potato, half a carrot, 1 large bowl of rice, appropriate amount of dried shrimps
10 shiitake mushrooms, 20g Orleans marinade, 20ml water, appropriate amount of fried rice ingredients
Production steps
1. Wash and debone the chicken wings (use scissors to cut off the upper tendons of the big bones of the chicken wings, push them upward, then use scissors to cut off the tendons connecting the bones, and then take out the bones. The bones of the middle wings are the same as the big bones)
2. Put the boneless chicken wings into a bowl, pour in the marinade, add water and mix well
3. Wrap the chicken wings in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
4. Soak the mushrooms and dried shrimps in warm water until soft, and cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes.
5. Pour oil into the pot, stir-fry mushrooms and sea rice until fragrant, add diced potatoes and carrots and stir-fry, add rice, add ingredients and stir-fry evenly.
6. Start the Westinghouse oven, set the function to DIV, select upper and lower heat to bake, temperature 200 degrees, time 40 minutes (preheat for 10 minutes)
7. Use a small spoon to stuff the fried rice into the chicken wings (try to be careful not to break the chicken wings)
8. Seal the mouth of the chicken wings with toothpicks and brush a layer of cooking oil on the surface.
9. To prevent the tips of the chicken wings from burning too quickly, wrap them in tin foil
