Ingredients required: Beef, ginger, green onions, star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, strawberry, tangerine peel, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white sugar, cooking wine, salt
practice:
1. Cut the beef into pieces of appropriate size and soak in water for 30 minutes to remove blood.
2. Slice the ginger and scallions into sections and set aside.
3. Boil a pot of hot water, blanch the beef to remove the fishy smell, take it out and set aside.
4. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add ginger slices, green onion segments, star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, grass fruit, and tangerine peel and stir-fry until fragrant. 5. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fine sugar, cooking wine, and salt, and stir-fry evenly to dissolve the sugar.
6. Add enough water to cover the beef. After the fire comes to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer slowly.
7. Stew for about 1 hour. During this period, you can turn the beef in time to make it heat evenly. If the water content decreases, add water appropriately. 8. When the beef is stewed until tender, taste it and adjust the amount of salt according to your personal taste.
